Rhubarb Chard

Description

Becoming much more popular in the vegetable garden as indeed, in some instances, in the herbaceous border owing to its bright red stalks. Rarely if ever seen for sale in the shops so you need to grow it yourself to appreciate the taste. High in Vitamin C, you can eat the stalks, diced and boiled, as well as the leaves which you cook similarly to spinach.
