A brand new variety from the same breeder as Boris which is still a top quality cauliflower. A large and very vigorous variety with superb head cover with the curd being hard, dense and heavy. Takes 105 to 115 days from sowing.  A variety that is destined for great things, ready from early September through to November. The heads are so heavy and large that 6 trimmed heads for the market weighed 12KG with curds measuring over 8 inches across and still with superb 'Condition'. This will certainly be amongst the prize cards in 2012. The best I have seen on trial for a long time.
