On every dispaly that we stage, we always have two triangles of Cauliflowers.Each triangle holds 10 cauliflowers and each one is pushed on to 6 inch nails that have been driven in from the back of the board. On this occassion the variety was Beauty (Item 3068) a very versatile cauliflower that will cover a number of shows through August to September.


My Own re selection of the Prince French Bean (Item 3010) is unbeatable on the show bench and really tender for the kitchen. for exhibition use it's better to have two sowings two weeks apart. The first should be 9 weeks before the show date and the other 11 weeks before the date. This should allow you to pick fresh smooth beans between 7 and 8 inches in length
