The two baskets on the front were the round carrot Parmex, Item 3207, They have a lovely old fashion carrot taste, they can be grown in window boxes even.

We are slowly working our way towards completion. It takes about 120 man hours from the Friday evening to Sunday night for 5 people to complete the display.

At last it's mission accomplished at around 1am Monday morning. Notice the uniforms, there's a Welsh Dragon on the left hand side of the Fleeces with a leek in it's claw.


Cauliflowers growing on a concrete floor in a cold greehouse in 10 inch pots filled with a 50/50 mixture of Levington M3 and sterilised top soil.
